Ten plus years ago we opened and started providing excellent auto and trailer repair services to customers in the Fox Valley and Greater Chicago area. We quickly realized the high demand for trailer expertise in the area. That’s when we devoted our business to solving all towing and trailer challenges. HISTORY
John Davis (JD) wanted to follow in the footsteps of his father (James Davis) who owned and operated JD Trailer Hitches for 40 years. JD grew up helping his father in his shop and knew that one day he wanted his own operation. After college JD worked in the auto repair industry where he focused on tire sales and service. Next he moved into management while continuing to gain experience in auto repair.
In 2010, JD’s dream was realized when he opened JD’s Auto and Trailer Repair. We are proudly referred to as the one-stop trailer repair and hitch shop in the Chicago-land area. Our business is a shining example of, passion + knowledge + hard work + an award winning teaming = quality in success.
